Bryce Dallas Howard
Bio, Free Nude Pictures, Free Nude Movie Scenes, Filmography, DVD Reviews
Born: 2 March 1981 Los Angeles, California Height: 5' 8"
Daughter of Ron Howard (Happy Day's Richie Cunningham) one of Hollywood's top Oscar-winning directors.  her godfather is actor Henry Winkler, who co-starred on Happy Days.
She appeared in three of her father's films as an extra, including her appearance as a child together with her mother in "Apollo 13" (1995). She made her feature film debut as Heather, a supporting role in "Book of Love" (2004) by director Alan Brown. Director M. Night Shyamalan was impressed by her performance in a Broadway play and cast her without an audition as a female lead in his two thrillers: "The Village" (2004) and "Lady in the Water" (2006).
In May 2007 she appeared as Peter Parker's new love interest Gwen Stacy in Sam Raimi's "Spider-Man 3" starring Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst. She dyed her naturally red hair blonde for the role (while the naturally blonde Dunst's hair is dyed red for the role of Mary Jane Watson). Howard won the role and beat out Elisha Cuthbert and Sienna Miller for the part.  On June 17, 2006, she married Seth Gabel in Hollywood, Florida, whom she had met at New York University and dated for five years. They currently live in Hollywood.

Manderlay: The second film in Lars von Trier's American trilogy, picking up where DOGVILLE left off, is another technically audacious, gleefully brash condemnation of American society, this time focusing on the horrific legacy of slavery. in MANDERLAY, Grace (Bryce Dallas Howard, replacing Nicole Kidman) and her father (Willem Dafoe, replacing James Caan) have arrived at the gates of a plantation in Alabama. When an elderly black woman knocks on the car door asking for help, Grace sees an opportunity to become a heroic woman of action. Sending her father away, Grace settles in Manderlay, where she tries to get the African-American workers to embrace their freedom once and for all. But for some reason, it appears that everyone--from the wise Wilhelm (Danny Glover) to the stubborn Thomas (Michael Abiteboul) to the strong Timothy (Isaach de Bankole)--is content to live a life of subservience. Her futile attempt to instill pride in the group takes its toll, rendering Grace exhausted, defeated, and hopeless.  This film screened as part of Lincoln Center's 2005 New York Film Festival.

"[N]o film addict will want to miss his cinematic brilliance." -- Peter Travers, Rolling Stone
